Solar Energy

Solar energy is free. For centuries, people basked in the sun, dried their washed clothes, and dreamed one day could use sunshine to cook their food and run the machines. Now, all the imagination comes true. When solar energy is converted to electricity, it drives the modern world civilization. Dislike water and mineral resources on earth, solar energy is also renewable, no worries it will be exhausted in the future.

The greatest invention today is a device called "solar panel", which converts solar energy to electricity which can be used to power other of the greatest inventions such as computers, and machines of the modern world. It’s a miracle that solar panel converts solar energy to electricity just like photosynthesis on leaves, you can’t see any movements with your bare eyes, but photons and electrons move just like cells inside the leaves, which is completely different than blades which move on electric generator applied on hydro-power station, wind power station, nuclear power station, and thermal power plant. Compared with other electricity generation methods, solar power generation is the cheapest and the lowest cost of maintenance, a solar power plant can be implemented in any size outdoors anywhere where there is a free place without shading.

Different from wind power generation, which is also clean energy. Solar energy is relatively stable, and highly efficient, and could generate constant and long-lasting electricity without many kinds of restrictions. If any movement of the solar plant, all panels could be reusable when they’re still in their lifespan. The main material of solar panels is silicon, which is an element almost everywhere on our earth, using silicon would not cause any pollution to our earth.

Solar energy is relatively safer compared with hydro-power, wind power, nuclear, and thermal power, the later could cause fatal influence when there is any malfunction or improper use.
